Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions, recurring memberships, prepaid plans, preorders, and other deferred or recurring purchase options offered by SnowZone LLC, doing business as AZ SnowZone.
Subscriptions and Recurring Memberships
By purchasing a subscription or recurring membership, you authorize AZ SnowZone to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
You may cancel a subscription at any time before its next scheduled billing date by:
- Signing into your customer account and selecting Manage Subscription
- Emailing snowzone@myyahoo.com
- Calling or texting 602-345-1429
Shopify permits customers to manage and cancel subscriptions through their customer account or subscription-management link when customer subscription management is enabled.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated for a particular plan, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Customers may continue using eligible benefits through the end of the paid billing period. No additional recurring charges will be made after cancellation has been processed.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. AZ SnowZone cannot guarantee cancellation of a payment that has already been processed.
Refunds for Subscription Charges
Subscription and membership payments that have already been processed are generally:
- Nonrefundable
- Not prorated
- Not transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments or unused time. Refunds may be provided when required by law or when AZ SnowZone determines that a billing error occurred.
Prepaid Passes and Packages
Prepaid passes, lesson packages, seasonal passes, promotional packages, and similar products expire according to the terms displayed when purchased.
Unused sessions or benefits are not refundable for cash. AZ SnowZone may issue store credit when expressly permitted by the applicable product terms.
Canceling recurring billing does not extend the expiration date of previously issued sessions, credits, or passes.
Lessons and Reservations
Canceling a subscription or membership does not automatically cancel an existing lesson, facility reservation, event registration, or scheduled session.
Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled separately.
For private lessons:
- Changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee.
- No-shows forfeit the scheduled lesson and payment.
- Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law.
Product-specific cancellation terms shown during booking will control if they differ from this general policy.
Preorders and Deferred Purchases
A preorder or deferred purchase may be canceled before it has been fulfilled or submitted for shipment, unless the item is custom-made, personalized, specially ordered, or identified as noncancelable.
Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. Shopify also notes that prepaid subscription orders generally cannot be canceled after scheduled items have been fulfilled.
Estimated availability or delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change because of production, supplier, carrier, or other delays outside AZ SnowZone’s control.
Promotional and Discounted Plans
Discounted, promotional, introductory, limited-time, and grandfathered pricing may end when a subscription is canceled.
If the customer later starts a new subscription, the subscription will be subject to the pricing and terms available at that time. Previous pricing is not guaranteed.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, AZ SnowZone may:
- Retry the payment
- Suspend membership benefits
- Restrict reservations or account access
- Cancel the subscription
- Request an updated payment method
The customer remains responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.
Changes to Purchase Options
AZ SnowZone may modify subscription prices, benefits, billing frequencies, or other purchase-option terms. When required, customers will receive notice before material changes take effect.
Continued use or renewal after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
