Refund policy

AZ SnowZone – Store Credit & Cancellation Policy


At AZ SnowZone, we’re committed to providing a fair and flexible experience for all guests while respecting the time and effort of our instructors and staff. Please review our policy below.


1. No Cash Refunds (Except Weather-Related Closures)

All sales at AZ SnowZone are final. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method except in the case of weather-related or facility-initiated cancellations (see Section 5).


2. Store Credit Only

For all other cancellations, returns, or reschedules, store credit only will be issued. Store credit never expires and can be used for future sessions, lessons, or merchandise—either online or in person.


3. Private Lesson Cancellations

Private lessons require advance scheduling with our certified instructors. Because instructors are reserved specifically for your session:


  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson will incur a $50 instructor fee.
  • This fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.
  • No-shows without notice will result in forfeiture of the full lesson payment.



4. General Transactions

All other purchases—including day passes, rentals, and merchandise—are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.


5. Weather or Facility-Related Closures

If AZ SnowZone cancels or postpones an activity due to weather, maintenance, or facility-related issues, customers will receive the option of a full refund or store credit.
